Article: Tidak Tahu Baca Qur'an, Kuburnya Bercahaya Menjulang Ke Langit

"Suatu kisah yang diceritakan dalam tazkirah ramadhan di Masjid Sultan Zainal Abidin Kuala Terengganu yang sangat mengharukan Dan bisa menitis air Mata.

Seorang lelaki melewati sebuah kawasan perkuburan di suatu malam yang kelam Dan sunyi. Tiba-tiba IA terpandang suatu cahaya yang terang benderang muncul dari sebuah kubur, Dan terus menjulang ke langit. Dia merasa sedikit ketakutan Dan berdebar.

 Terpegun Dan kaku melihat kejadian itu. Dia terfikir kemungkinan kubur ini adalah kubur seseorang yang sangat istimewa. Samada IA seorang waliyullah atau ulamak atau orang soleh yang istimewa kedudukannya di sisi tuhan. Diambilnya sebatang kayu lalu dipacak di atas kuburan yang bercahaya itu.

Keesokannya lelaki itu datang lagi kekawasan perkuburan itu dengan ditemani orang kampung. Beliau ingin menyelidiki Dan ingin mengetahui kubur siapakah yang sangat ajaib itu.

Apakah seorang tuan guru atau waliyullah atau alim ulamak atau orang soleh yang terkenal?.

Bila bertanya kepada orang kampung, mereka kehairanan kerana apa yang mereka ketahui Dan pasti ini adalah kubur seorang lelaki tua, yang pernah mendiami sebuah pondok dihujung kampung bersama istrinya. Untuk mengetahui dengan lebih lanjut , lelaki itu berkunjung kerumah simati Dan bertemu dengan isteri simati lalu menceritakan keajaiban yang dilihat diperkuburan suaminya.

Anihnya isteri simati terkejut Dan kehairanan. Dia sangat mengenal suaminya. Suaminya bukan siapa-siapa . Suaminya seorang petani kecil. Bukan seorang kiyai, bukan seorang ahli ibadat, bukan orang soleh, apa lagi bukan imam, bukan muazzin, bukan guru quran. Malah suaminya tidak pandai membaca quran Dan dia tidak pernah mendengar suaminya membaca quran. Hal ini benar-benar menimbulkan kehairan kepada lelaki tersebut Dan isteri simati.

Akhirmya lelaki itu bertanya apakah perkara-perkara anih yang simati selalu lakukan dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. Akhirnya isteri simati teringat suatu perkara yang selalu dilakukan oleh is mati, setiap kali sebelum tidur pada setiap malam. Katanya , setiap malam sebelum tidur suaminya akan mengambil wudhu, kemudian masuk di dalam suatu bilik lalu diambilnya alqur'an di atas rak, lalu dicium Dan dipeluknya dengan penuh kecintaan Dan kasih sayang.

Ia akan duduk Dan membelek alqur'an itu sehelai demi sehelai seperti sedang membaca, sedangkan IA seorang yang buta alqur’an. Dia akan meraba-raba ayat-ayat qur’an itu dengan tangannya , seolah-olah sedang menyentuh Dan mebelai sesuatu yang sangat dikasihi. Tambah isteri simati lagi, IA pernah mendengar rintihan Dan esakan tangis suaminya yang sangat sedih, mendayu-dayu dengan penuh penyesalan.

“Tuhanku! Ampunkanlah aku kerana aku tidak mampu membaca kalimah mu. Janganlah engkau hukum aku di atas kebodohanku ini.” “Wahai Kalam Allah, maafkan kesalahan Ku. Aku tidak mampu membaca kalimah mu. Aku tidak dapat bersahabat dengan mu.

Aku tidak dapat memahami mu. Tapi aku sangat mengasihi mu. Aku sangat mencintaimu. “ “Wahai Kalamullah, jangan lah engkau mendakwa aku, jangan engkau menuduh aku dihadapanTuhan diakhirat nanti”. Cerita isteri simati lagi. Kadang-kadang suaminya tertidur di dalam bilik itu ditemani alqur’an buah hati kesayangannya.

Begitulah suaminya setiap malam sebelum tidur. Lelaki itu meminta untuk melihat alquran kesayangan suaminya itu. Benar Dan sangat mengharukan apabila IA melihat naskah yang mulia itu kelihatan lusuh, helaian-helaiannya kelihatan selalu dibelek berkali-kali. Dan Ada bekas-bekas airmata di kertasnya ,tanda seseorang sering menangis berjurai airmatanya tatkala membuka lembaran yang maha suci ini.

Pastinya lelaki ini sangat mulia peribadinya. Hatinya telah bersatu dengan ruh alqur’an. Dia sangat mengasihi kalimat tuhan dengan sesungguhnya. Bererti IA mengasihi tuhan dengan seluruh jiwa Dan raganya. Marilah Kita menghidupkan alquran di dalam masjid Kita, di dalam rumah Kita, di dalam diri Kita, sepanjang bulan ramadhan, bulan pengampunan ini. Perkisahan ini ditulis Dan disesuaikan semula untuk bacaan semua. "

Dr Siti Hasmah to talk on breastfeeding

Tanjung Management Services is organising a lecture for breastfeeding and pregnant mothers by Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali, wife of former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

Held in conjunction with World Breastfeeding Week 2012, the event titled Breastfeeding – Health & Wellbeing will be held at Perdana Leadership Foundation Auditorium, No 1, Jalan P8H, Precinct 8, Putrajaya, on Aug 6, 2012, from 8am-1pm.

Dr Siti Hasmah will talk about the importance of breastfeeding, her experience as a mother and a doctor.

Admission fee to the lecture is RM20 per pax. BASIC RESEARCH

Basic research is used to explore the fundamental bases of behavior, without regard to how those bases are manifested in the real world. Basic research aims to explain, predict, and describe fundamental bases of behavior
Example, a popular memory procedure is to have people respond to words on a computer screen as fast as possible (e.g., saying the word, pressing a key). This can tell researchers about how information in your memory is linked to other information and it can tell us a great deal about the processes of memory. This procedure is just one example but in fact, much of psychological research is basic research

APPLIED RESEARCH

Applied research is designed to answer specific questions aimed at solving practical problems. New knowledge acquired from applied research has specific commercial objectives in the form of products, procedures or services.
Examples of applied research topics include persuasion, eyewitness memory, clinical treatments of psychological disorders, behavioral interventions for children with autism and decision making, etc..

What is Management?

            On my first semester in um i've learned this topic called Management. Its quite an interesting subject for those who wanting to be a manager. I would like share wit u all a better idea of the classes I’m taking and the things that I’m leared in this semester.

Why study Management

For two very important reasons:

 1.       First, the modern society today depends on   specialized institutions and organizations to provide the goods and services that we desire   daily. These organizations are guided and   directed by the decisions of one or more   individuals called ‘managers’.

  2.     Second, individuals who are not trained as   managers often find themselves in managerial   positions 

DEFINITION Of MANAGEMENT:

            Management is the art of getting things done through other people….A manager is one who contributes to the achievement of the organization’s goals indirectly by directing the efforts of others and not by performing the task himself
 

The Value of Studying Management 

 The universality of management
: Good management is needed in all organizations.

The reality of work
: Employees either manage or are managed. 

Rewards and challenges of being a manager
:Management offers challenging, exciting and creative opportunities for   meaningful and    fulfilling work.
: Successful managers receive significant monetary rewards for their efforts 

According to Tripathi (1991), management as a discipline of study is important for the following reasons:-

Management is a critical element in the economic growth of the country.

Management is essential in all organized effort, be it business or otherwise.

Management is the dynamic, life giving element in every organization.

            

            Management as a process “consisting of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling, performed to determine and accomplish the objectives by the use of people and resources”
According to this definition, management is seen as a process - a systematic way of doing things.
 

            The four management activities included in this definition are: 

             planning, organizing, actuating and control: George R. Terry (1953)

    

            management as the process undertaken by one or more individuals to coordinate the activities of others to achieve results not achievable by one individual acting alone. Donnelly (1987) 

The term ‘manager’ covers many types of people:

These include managers of small businesses, chief executive officers of multinational corporations, plant managers and production supervisors - both generalists and specialists. Managers are also found in non-profit organizations such as government agencies, religious groups, sports and recreational groups, and trade associations.

Classifying Managers

              First-line Managers
-Are at the lowest level of management and manage  the work of non-managerial employees.

Middle Managers
-Manage the work of first-line managers.

Top Managers
- Are responsible for making organization-wide  decisions and establishing plans and goals that  affect the entire organization

What Do Managers Do?
 

               Functional Approach
- Planning
Defining goals, establishing strategies to achieve goals, developing plans to integrate and coordinate activities.
- Organizing
Arranging work to accomplish organizational goals.
- Leading
Working with and through people to accomplish goals.
- Controlling
Monitoring, comparing, and correcting the work.

Pengurusan  - Satu Profesion?

Untuk mengetahui sama ada pengurusan itu adalah satu profesion, kita harus lihat pada beberapa ciri yang boleh menjadikannya sebagai satu profesion(Gabriel, 1997).   Ciri-ciri ini adalah:
wujudnya satu kumpulan ilmu dalam bentuk teori atau prinsip-prinsip asas serta pengetahuan dan kemahiran khusus untuk ahli-ahli profesionnya.
para profesional memperoleh status mereka melalui latihan yang dijalani dan prestasi kerja mereka.
para profesional perlu taat setia pada satu kod khas etika atau tingkah laku

Adakah Pengurusan Satu Proses Sejagat?

Peter Drucker (1968) tidak terima idea bahawa pengurusan adalah sejagat ini, kerana objektif setiap organisasi serta persekitarannya di mana ia wujud berbeza-beza. Memang wujud halangan-halangan tertentu untuk proses pemindahan kemahiran mengurus ini bukan sahaja dari satu industri ke industri yang lain, tetapi juga dari satu industri ke industri yang sama di negara lain.   Penghalang utama ini adalah kerana persekitaran dan budaya yang berbeza-beza.

Menu berbuka smlm sangat simple dan memang idaman org nogori hehehe.... Ayam masak lemak cili api bersama pegaga..mmg sedappp...selain dari tu ada kerabu mangga, udang goreng tepung dengan kuih badak berendam tp kuih ni beli je la..yg lain semua homemade.. :)

Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ayam ~ potong, dan cuci bersih

1 cawan santan pekat(kotak)
2 keping asam gelugur
2 batang serai ~ dititik
Garam 

Pucuk pegaga

Bahan kisar:7

 biji cili padi 

1 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
1 inci kunyit hidup


Cara penyediaan:
1. Masukkan ayam bersama serai, asam gelugur dan bahan2 kisar ke dalam periuk dan masak dengan api sederhana hingga ayam kecut.

2. Bila mendidih, masukkan santan pekat, pegaga, dan letaklah garam secukup rasa. 

Biarkan mendidih seketika dan bolehlah dihidangkan...

Happy 40th Anniversary to my PIL

wahhhhh 40th Anniversary!! To my "PIL" Happy Anniversary...I am feel so greatful to have both of u as my "PIL"...thanks for being such a good mentor... We had our Hi Tea session kat Paya Serai, Hilton PJ..not a bad place..but the food i can say average laa...cannot compare hilton wit dorsett which totally much more superb!!.. i only enjoyed the bread pudding for me it is the best so far..huhuhu memang sangat marvelous!!

Ole-Ole Bali @ Empire

At first we decided to have our lunch @ Serai, Empire..But when we reached there, sadly there was no seat avail..its was full already. Then later we decide to eat at Ole-Ole Bali. Since carol joined us tat day and she never come here before so we want carol to experienced and taste the uniqueness of Bali foods. the environment  of the restaurant are pretty good.

I ordered the Siap Memanggang -BBQ Chicken is costs only about RM 28 per set. But dont be surprised bcoz the chicken portion is really big. I have to shared it with Chean or else it juz a waste. Carol ordered the fried chicken chop and the price is about 25++, and the set is big too.. i luv the iced barley lime and will never missed it when i reached here...

 

 

Bubba Gump @ Citta Mall

Bubba Gump in Citta Mall is officially launched by last mth June( kalo i tak salah :p). I heard ths restaurant is owned by Naza..but i'm curious bcoz they did serves for alcohol drinks..ermm.. I dont remember the scenes in the movie Forest Gump, but my friends (chean) told me it is a quite famous movie last time..anyway my 1st experience been here was amazing. There is a sign for "Run Forest Run" means everything is fine & "Stop Forest Stop" means we need their services.Besides tat they have the ping pong paddle as a menu..interesting kan? Ada 'Tool Box' on our table inside, they put the extra sauce and a roll of tissue which is quite unique too.. :)

We ordered something called butter fish and a bucket of shrimps..bawah tu ada cabbage ( tak ingat apa exactly nama menu tu)

Actually chean and i tak plan pun nak makan kat sini..Overall it is a nice place and we had a great lunch tat day...
